Eric Murphy

Eric is an associate in Taft’s Indianapolis office and focuses his practice on business and finance law.

Eric earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in political science and Spanish from Wabash College. While in law school, Eric served as a Managing Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, and as a member of the Student Advancement Committee.

Before joining the firm, Eric gained valuable experience as a legal services intern at the Indiana Department of Revenue, and as a law clerk for Indiana Legal Services’ Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
