
Summary
Eric is an attorney in Taft’s Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, representing individuals, businesses, property owners, condominium and homeowner associations, professionals, and manufacturers in commercial and business disputes. Eric guides clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit planning to trial and appeal.
Prior to joining Taft, Eric worked at a respected Florida litigation firm, where he handled a wide range of business and real estate matters. He also has experience working for the United States Trade Representative, contributing to World Trade Organization dispute submissions during his graduate studies.
Eric earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as a senior member of the American University International Law Review. He holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and a Master’s in International Affairs from American University.
