Emma Pham

Emma is an associate in the Denver office and focuses her practice on business law, advising clients on a range of commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters. She has experience researching complex legal and regulatory issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, and developing practical solutions to address clients’ business needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Emma gained experience in municipal law, where she researched land use restrictions, utility infrastructure, and right-of-way issues and drafted and reviewed contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.

Emma earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was active in and served as vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in government and plan II honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
