Emily Nuibe

Emily is a paralegal in Taft’s Cleveland office. She supports the firm’s corporate attorneys and primarily assists the M&A and private equity groups.

Before joining the firm, Emily worked as a corporate paralegal and has a background in real estate. She has experience assisting in mergers and acquisitions transactions, managing international trademark portfolios, and assisting with company formations and compliance filings while maintaining corporate records.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminology from John Carroll University and her post-degree professional certificate in paralegal studies from Cuyahoga Community College.
