
Summary
Emily is a dedicated advocate who partners with clients to help them navigate the complexities of the legal system. She represents businesses and individuals in all stages of commercial and civil litigation, including corporate, construction and contract matters.
Prior to attending law school, Emily worked as a paralegal at a bankruptcy and personal injury firm, an experience that inspired her to pursue a legal career focused on helping people through some of life’s toughest challenges.
Emily earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she held several leadership roles, including vice president of the Student Bar Association. Her contributions were recognized with multiple honors, including the Student Leadership Award and the Outstanding Leadership Award. Emily also holds a B.A. in Art History from Brigham Young University.
A former military spouse, Emily spent many years living overseas, an experience that deepened her adaptability, cultural awareness, and commitment to serving others, values she brings to every client relationship.
