Libby focuses on comprehensive estate planning and sophisticated tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families. She advises clients on wealth transfer structures designed to minimize tax burdens while maximizing flexibility and control. Additionally, Libby collaborates with the firm’s tax group on charitable planning initiatives, enabling her to help clients achieve both their philanthropic goals and tax objectives.
Libby earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as Class of 2025 Treasurer, received an International Law Certificate, and was a student attorney for the Sustainable Community Development Clinic. During her time in law school, she gained valuable judicial experience as an intern for Chief Magistrate Judge Michael E. Hegarty at the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration and minors in Pre-Law and German, of which she is fluent, from Messiah University.
