
Summary
Eliza is an attorney at Taft with over 15 years of experience counseling clients on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. She works with employers to develop solutions that support their workforce needs and business goals amidst changing immigration policies. Eliza’s experience includes advising on temporary visas, permanent residence, U.S. citizenship, I-9 compliance, and retention of foreign national employees in mergers and acquisitions.
Bringing firsthand knowledge of the client experience to her practice, Eliza previously held in-house counsel roles at an international company and a large university.
Eliza earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she was a published member of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review. She received her B.A. with honors from New York University. She is fluent in Polish and German.
