Elisa M Rhodes

Elisa is a transactional attorney who focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, including related equity, debt, and mezzanine financings. She also has experience in investment funds, specifically determining the appropriate structure for the fund, drafting private placement memorandums, limited partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, subscription booklets, and upper-tier governing agreements relating to private equity and real estate funds.

Elisa also works with clients directly on various gaming projects. Her gaming practice focuses mainly on drafting and implementing sweepstakes and raffles in accordance with various state and municipal requirements.

While in law school, Elisa was a Judicial Clerk intern for the Massachusetts Land Court.
