Devin F.J. Haymond

Devin focuses his practice on a wide variety of complex legal disputes with a particular emphasis on protecting sensitive business information and defending companies in high-stakes litigation involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, intellectual property and data privacy in both state and federal courts. He also defends clients in putative and certified class actions, including matters involving privacy, consumer protection, and statutory claims. Devin has experience as both a plaintiff and defense attorney for clients across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, insurance and media.

Devin earned his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana Maurer School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University. While in law school, Devin served as Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal, Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Journal of Constitutional Design, and was a Center for Constitutional Democracy Executive Fellow.
