She represents institutions, developers, and investors in acquiring, developing, financing, selling, and leasing a variety of asset types, such as office, multi-family, retail, industrial, and student housing. She has extensive experience in handling complex, multi-state portfolio transactions from beginning to end, as well as sale-lease back transactions.

Demrie has provided strategic advice and sophisticated planning in shopping center and industrial complex development and parcelization. She also has extensive experience in leasing, including both landlords and tenants, in a multitude of leasing arrangements.
