Debbie Kirschman

Debbie is Senior Counsel in the Corporate Business and Transactions group based out of the Taft Dayton office. She has over 25 years of legal experience in the corporate industry. She specializes in corporate law, healthcare regulatory and compliance, and general civil matters, including risk management, enterprise liability, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Taft, Debbie most recently served as Corporate Counsel for leading and innovative life sciences and healthcare companies in the Greater Dayton region.

Debbie is an active member of many bar associations in both states. In the community, she has a dedicated interest in varying local organizations and programs including the Dayton Bar Association – Wills for Heroes Program, the Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton (former Board member), the Jewish Learning Institute, ItsTime2, and Girls on the Run. 

She received her undergraduate degree in psychology, with honors, from the University of Colorado at Boulder and received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Debbie is admitted to practice in Colorado and Ohio.
