Summary
Debbie is a seasoned attorney in Taft’s Health and Life Sciences group with over 30 years of experience advising clients on complex regulatory and compliance matters. She provides strategic counsel across health care, managed care, medical device, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors, including licensing, fraud and abuse, reimbursement, and FDA regulatory matters. Debbie also regularly provides health care and FDA guidance for M&As. She represents clients before regulatory bodies such as CMS, the FDA, and state agencies. In 2023, she was recognized as one of the “Women We Admire in Healthcare.”
