David is a member of the Real Estate practice group in Taft's Cleveland office. He focuses his practice on the representation of regional and national commercial real estate clients in transactions related to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of real property.
David received his J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he served as a marketing editor and associate editor for The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, the official law journal of the American Bar Association's Section on Dispute Resolution. Over the course of his studies, David was published by The Moritz College of Law Drug Enforcement and Policy Center for his work relating to veterans’ access to medical marijuana, and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Analysis and Writing I and Sentencing Law.
In 2018, David served as a summer associate at Taft. While in law school, he also worked as a legal intern for the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office and the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
David earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice studies from the University of Dayton, cum laude, and is a graduate of Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School.
