Summary

Dan is a commercial litigation associate in Taft’s Cleveland office. He regularly represents clients in business and contractual disputes, commercial real estate disputes, and cases involving business torts and other general litigation matters. Dan’s experience also includes representing financial institutions in disputes with account-holders and litigating strict product liability claims on behalf of manufacturers.

Dan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Cleveland State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in operations management and logistics management from The Ohio State University. While he was in law school, Dan was Managing Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review.
