Summary

With more than 40 years of experience in the legal industry, Cynthia oversees all aspects of office operations, facilities management, maintenance, and safety across Taft’s offices. She began her career as a receptionist and facilities assistant and steadily advanced into leadership roles, joining Briggs and Morgan in 2008 as Manager of Facilities. Cynthia continued in this key leadership position following the firm’s merger with Taft.

An accomplished facilities management professional, Cynthia has played an integral role in numerous office build-outs and renovation projects in major markets including Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Naples, New York, Southfield, and Washington, D.C. Her extensive experience and operational knowledge help ensure efficient, functional, and safe work environments across all firm locations.

Cynthia earned her associate’s degree from Normandale Community College. Her professional achievements include receiving the Minnesota Lawyers Unsung Hero Award in 2020 and earning a Technical Certification in Office Ergonomics in 2024. She is also a dedicated member of ALAMN, with more than 25 years of involvement in the organization.
