Clara Shaheen

As the Director of Associate Recruiting, Clara works closely with Taft’s Chief Attorney Recruiting Officer to further efforts related to the recruitment of associates, entry level associates, and summer associates in Taft’s Atlanta, Washington D.C., West Palm Beach, and Naples markets. She conducts on-campus interviews, participates in job fairs, and helps plan and execute the firm’s summer program.

Clara’s previous experience in recruiting, professional development, human resources, and payroll provides a variety of experience, knowledge, and expertise to Taft.

Clara earned her bachelor’s of business administration in human resources management from Mercer University.
