Summary

Christian represents businesses and investors on a wide range of commercial transactions and other matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and securities offerings.

Christian earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2018, where he focused on developing practical skills and serving clients. Through the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, he led a team of students and attorneys to advise entrepreneurs at Harvard Business School. As a member of the Harvard Immigration Project and Immigration Response Initiative, Christian worked closely with the American Civil Liberties Union to litigate high-profile immigration matters on behalf of immigrant and refugee groups.

Prior to law school, Christian graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 with a B.A. in German Studies and Certificate in Media Studies.
