Cheryl is a trademark paralegal who works with the Intellectual Property practice in Taft’s Minneapolis office. She holds over 30 years of paralegal experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management. Cheryl assists clients in all aspects of domestic and international trademark law, including the evaluation and maintenance of their portfolios, the clearance of proposed trademarks, prosecution and maintenance, usage, and infringement issues.
Cheryl earned her associate of arts degree and her paralegal certificate from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the International Trademark Association and the Minnesota Paralegal Association. For the latter, she previously served as the Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Sectional.
