Summary

As the firm's Director of Professional Development and Records Management, Cathy provides the strategic vision for Taft’s professional development and training programs. She continuously refines the content and structure of Taft’s three primary professional development programs: Keystone for summer associates, Catalyst for first-year associates and Pathway for Taft’s junior associates. Cathy frequently collaborates with Taft’s attorneys and staff to create and manage CLE trainings.

Cathy also manages Taft’s records management team across all offices. This part of her role includes reviewing and updating the firm’s records retention policies and procedures and developing and implementing initiatives that focus on reducing paper-use and increasing efficiency.
