Carrie Philpot

Carrie is a paralegal in the Columbus office, bringing over 28 years of experience in the legal services industry to the firm. Carrie primarily supports the Commercial Litigation group and assists the business, Real Estate, Contract, Construction, and Bankruptcy attorneys. In this role, Carrie manages case files, conducts legal research, drafts documents, coordinates with clients, and ensures compliance with court procedures. Her attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are key assets in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in delivering results for clients. Prior to joining Taft, Carrie was an office manager and a legal assistant for a law firm where she perfected her skills.

Carrie earned her associate of applied business degree, summa cum laude, in law and paralegal studies from the University of Cincinnati Clermont School of Law.
