Carol A. Volle

Director of Information Governance Cleveland

Summary

As director of information governance, Carol Volle is instrumental in the design, standardization, and enhancement of Taft’s policies and operational processes associated with managing information to comply with industry best practices and privacy, confidentiality, and information-security related laws and regulations. 

With nearly 30 years of experience in the information management and governance industry, Carol has established experience in the design and implantation of global information governance strategies. Prior to joining Taft, she held leading information governance positions at nationally recognized law firms.

Carol earned her B.A. in English and her B.S. in Education from Miami University. She was a certified records manager for 10 years and received her Mini-MBA Certification from Miami in 2021.
