Summary

Carly represents clients in appeals in Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She also provides appellate support for trial court proceedings in a variety of matters including business, construction, contract, professional liability, and real estate matters. Carly has experience drafting briefs, writs, petitions, dispositive motions, and Daubert challenges, presenting oral argument, and assisting with charge conferences and preservation of error issues.

Carly earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in political science from the University of Florida. While in law school, Carly was a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Florida, and interned for the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General. Carly also served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Law Journal and helped produce amicus briefs as a member of Emory Law’s Supreme Court Advocacy Program.
