Bruce S. Kahn

Bruce is an attorney in Taft’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. He represents clients in all aspects of business operations and contracts, including advising clients in the acquisition and sale of various kinds of businesses, large and small. Bruce has represented both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises and a significant number of other professionals, including physician and dental groups and other attorneys and law firms, both in their relationships with each other and in their business practices. Facets that Bruce has managed include not just the acquisition of businesses but their shareholder and partnership agreements, their operations, and their compliance with laws governing their professions, as well as their employment and other agreements, option agreements, and the like.
