Summary

Brianna is a seasoned litigator and corporate advisor with extensive experience navigating high-stakes disputes and complex business challenges. Her practice is built on a strong trial foundation, having contributed to all phases of civil litigation — including extensive motion practice and depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal courts, as well as international arbitrations before the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Drawing on her background in both elite law firms and as Senior Counsel for a global industrial leader, Brianna brings a unique perspective to dispute resolution. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in high-exposure matters and managing a diverse U.S. and international litigation and arbitration portfolio. She is experienced in preparing corporate and senior leadership witnesses for testimony, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and negotiating favorable settlements for her clients. She is a trusted advisor to executive teams, providing strategic counsel on risk management, and dispute avoidance.

Beyond the courtroom, Brianna serves as a practical business partner. She has deep experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements — including procurement, services, data privacy, and strategic agreements — and has led the development of global corporate policies and compliance programs. Additionally, she has led internal compliance investigations and advised senior human resources leaders regarding employment agreements, restrictive covenant obligations and enforcement, and general employee relations matters. This multidisciplinary background allows her to align aggressive litigation defense with her clients’ broader commercial and operational goals.

Brianna’s practice also extends to Public Law services, as she represents the City of Bedford Heights, Ohio, as assistant law director.
