Brett Wilson

Brett is a corporate attorney who regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, including private equity and strategic transactions, as well as related equity and debt financings. Brett also provides general corporate counsel to businesses of all sizes on matters related to corporate governance, capital raises, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Taft, Brett was a corporate associate at an Indianapolis law firm, where he focused on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and real estate transactions. Brett received his juris J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Taylor University.
