Bradley A. Greenberger

As an associate in Taft’s Litigation practice, Bradley represents individuals and business clients in all aspects of the litigation process. He brings a strong foundation in legal analysis, writing, and advocacy, along with an informed perspective on the judicial process and the preparation needed to advance a client’s position in complex disputes.

That perspective developed during his service as senior judicial law clerk to the Hon. David D. Weinzweig, Vice Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. In addition to conducting in-depth legal research, drafting proposed decisions, and attending oral arguments, Bradley participated in the court’s panel conferences, during which three-judge panels considered and resolved cases. He regularly presented cases and assisted the panel in its deliberations, gaining firsthand insight into the judicial decision-making process and the factors that inform appellate review.

Bradley earned his J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in finance and legal studies in business from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business. While in law school, Bradley was a Managing Editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal, earned a certificate in Trial Advocacy, and received a high pro bono distinction at graduation for his work in the community.
