Benny E. Friedman

Benny is a skilled real estate attorney with experience representing national clients in the drafting, negotiation, and closing of multi-million dollar purchase and sale agreements and retail leases, and in leading related due diligence review. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating a variety of other real estate agreements including easements, declarations and restriction agreements, estoppels and Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreements (SNDAs).

Benny earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in political science also from Ohio State. While in law school, Benny served as a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal.

Before law school, Benny served with the AmeriCorps program City Year, working in Columbus City Schools to help tutor and mentor elementary school students in math.
