Summary

Ashley is an associate focusing on business and finance matters. She works with the team on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital formation. Ashley also collaborates with businesses of all sizes on general corporate governance matters. 

Prior to joining Taft, Ashley served as a summer associate at Taft’s Cleveland office. She also volunteered with Case Western Reserve University School of Law’s Street Law program, which educates detained juveniles in the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center about the legal system in efforts to reduce recidivism.

Ashley earned her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western University School of Law in 2021, where she received the Hugo Grotius International Law Scholarship.

She received a B.A., summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 2017, majoring in criminology and Spanish.
