Summary

Arnold Owusu is an associate in Taft’s Lending and Finance group, where he represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions. He assists with structuring and drafting loan documents for secured and unsecured credit facilities, asset-based lending, and other commercial and consumer lending matters. Arnold has experience working on transactions involving middle-market and large corporate borrowers, as well as financial institutions providing syndicated and bilateral lending solutions.

Before joining Taft, Arnold was a summer associate with the firm for two consecutive years. He earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in economics from The Ohio State University. While in law school, Arnold served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Technology, Arts & Intellectual Property.
