Summary
Annie is an attorney in Taft’s Real Estate group where she assists clients in all areas of real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, and land use and zoning. She has experience counseling both developers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including land assemblage, joint ventures, leasing, and development of various property types located through the United States and also advising lenders and other capital providers as local counsel with respect to commercial solar projects.
She earned her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, Annie was Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Law Journal and a member of Maurer’s Pace Law National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition team, which made quarterfinals in 2016. During law school, Annie was a PILI Intern at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago and was a certified mediator, handling cases in small claims court.
She graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with her bachelor’s degree in environmental science.
Annie is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Utah only.
