Andrew Bickers

Andrew is committed to enhancing firm culture and fostering community.

As director of operations for all of Taft’s Colorado offices, Andrew oversees and assists firm operations including office services. He focuses his work on streamlining operations, managing facilities, and ensuring that attorneys and staff are set up for success. Additionally, he collaborates with other department leaders to implement policies and procedures that bolster productivity.

Andrew brings over 15 years of organizational management experience, having developed invaluable skills in human capital management, including policy development, staff management, and community engagement, skills he now leverages to strengthen Taft’s culture and operations.

Andrew earned his M.Ed. in education from Arizona State University and his B.A. in history from Northern Illinois University. He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
