Summary

As Chief Partner Recruiting Officer, Amy leads the firm’s partner recruiting strategy and oversees the successful integration of lateral partners across offices and practice groups. She collaborates closely with Firm Leadership, Management Committees, and Practice Chairs to identify strategic hires and drive consensus throughout the recruiting process.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy held career development leadership roles at The University of Chicago Law School and at Chicago-Kent College of Law, advising students and alumni on career strategy and professional development. Amy earned her J.D. from Delaware Law School and her bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University. She began her legal career as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Stephan C. Hansbury and later practiced as a environmental litigation associate in New York City.
