
Allison Jones
Summary
Allison represents real estate developers, institutional investors, corporations, commercial lenders, REITs, and private equity investors in a variety of complex real estate development and land use matters. Allison’s practice encompasses real estate development, zoning and entitlements, and large scale commercial transactions nationwide.
Allison advises clients across all market sectors, including mixed-use, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, and infrastructure. Her work spans the full land development process from site selection, due diligence and entitlements to acquisition, financing and development, through construction, leasing and disposition.
Allison regularly leads multi-disciplinary teams on high value development and infrastructure projects. Her experience as lead counsel on nationally significant transactions and projects includes major public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure initiatives, transportation projects, utility-scale renewable energy and solar deployments, and large-scale logistics and data center developments. She brings particular depth in zoning, comprehensive planning, property rights, government relations, and the navigation of complex local, state and federal regulatory frameworks.
In addition to her project development work, Allison serves as lead counsel on REIT transactions involving national real estate portfolios, advising on both acquisitions and dispositions. She also counsels clients on real estate due diligence and portfolio optimization and integration in connection with major M&A transactions.
A Florida native, Allison has played a formative role in shaping the region’s growth through her work on some of its most transformative development projects.
