Alexis focuses her practice on U.S. and international aspects of federal tax matters, including international acquisitions and structuring. She advises U.S.- and foreign-based multinational enterprises on a wide range of international tax matters, including business-model structuring, operating-model design, supply chain strategy, intellectual property migrations, financing and global treasury structures, as well as repatriation planning, foreign tax credit matters, U.S. income tax treaties, and initiatives related to OECD Pillar Two and other global tax reform developments.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning Big Four public accounting, national middle-market firms, and the private sector within Fortune 500 and multinational financial services institutions, Alexis brings an unparalleled depth of industry-specific knowledge to address the unique needs of multinationals across various sectors, delivering exceptional, specialized tax advisory services.
Alexis is a CPA and earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation, conferred with honors, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, completing most of her LL.M. coursework at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She also earned a Certificate in International Tax from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
