As director of public affairs, Addie represents clients in a range of policy matters before state legislative and executive agencies.

Prior to joining Taft, Addie served as the Committee Administrator for the Minnesota House Commerce Committee with Chair Zack Stephenson (DFL – 36A) where her bipartisan work helped create solutions to improve the lives of Minnesotans across the state in the areas of consumer protection, insurance, banking, and healthcare. Prior to her work with the Commerce Committee, Addie served as Committee Administrator for the House Environment Policy Committee and House Higher Education Committee.

Throughout the years, Addie has served as a campaign manager, digital director and field organizer for a congressional campaign and several state house campaigns. During her time as a director and field organizer, Addie engaged traditionally underrepresented groups by expanding outreach efforts to women and BIPOC communities with a goal to improve voter turnout.

Prior to political and legal work, Addie enjoyed a career as a horse trainer and still spends time engaging farming and agricultural communities in state government and politics.

Addie is not licensed to practice law in any state and does not provide legal services.
