Aaron J. Yancey

Aaron is a paralegal supporting the Tax Exempt Organization and Governance attorneys in Taft’s Cincinnati office. He supports attorneys representing public charities, private foundations, and other entities in matters involving formation, multi-state statutory compliance, governance structuring, and complex transactional work.

Since joining Taft in 2021, Aaron has developed broad-based experience across multiple practice groups, bringing a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to client service. Aaron is deeply committed to community engagement and inclusive leadership. He co-chairs Taft’s Cincinnati Inclusion & Opportunity Committee and actively serves on several boards throughout the Cincinnati community.

Aaron earned his master of legal research degree in digital law and technology from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in advertising and digital media from Xavier University.
