Summary
Aaron is an attorney in Taft's Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance practice groups. He focuses his practice on representing clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, including asset purchases, equity purchases and reorganizations. Aaron also works with clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.
Aaron began his legal career as a student attorney at Michigan Legal Services representing indigent Detroit tenants at various stages of eviction proceedings. Most recently, he held the role of a legal extern at the National Labor Relations Board, evaluating Unfair Labor Practice case submissions, performing legal research, and drafting various legal documents.
