Taft partner Ann Zwick will speak at ALL4’s Environmental Policy & Compliance Workshop on Thursday, Sept. 17, at Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse in Lombard, Ill.

Zwick will present “Air Program Litigation Updates,” examining significant shifts in environmental regulation over the past administrations and their potential impacts on chemical manufacturers. Her presentation will address ongoing litigation affecting:

  • Project Emissions Accounting.
  • PM₂.₅ NAAQS.
  • Major-to-Area Source (MM2A).
  • IRIS Ethylene Oxide (EtO) Value.

The session will offer practical perspectives on how these developments may affect permitting, compliance obligations, and enforcement risk.

The half-day workshop is designed for chemical manufacturing professionals working in environmental, health and safety, operations, and legal roles. It will feature technical and legal guidance on regulatory compliance, enforcement, litigation exposure, and emerging environmental policy priorities.
