Taft is pleased to announce the addition of associate attorney Abe K. Wehbi to the firm’s Chicago office. Wehbi is a member of the Business & Finance practice group.

Wehbi helps privately held and public companies to successfully navigate the complexities of legal matters. He has experience working with start-ups, emerging growth stage companies and mature businesses on matters related to entity formation, debt and equity financing, contracts, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Taft, Wehbi was an associate at a boutique corporate and intellectual property firm. He has also served as corporate counsel for an international real estate development group in Chicago.
