Weekley Quoted in Cleveland Jewish News Article on Law Firm Hiring Practices
Taft Cleveland partner Brandi Weekley was quoted in the Cleveland Jewish News article “Firms outline what they look for when making hires,” published on April 14. The article discusses qualities that both clients and firms should look for when hiring an attorney.
Weekley said firms look for talented, innovative thinkers who prioritize client services, are good team players, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. She also mentioned the importance of giving candidates the chance to interview the firm in return and ask them questions to get to know the firm and its culture.
Weekley’s practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. She currently serves as the Cleveland office representative on Taft’s Associate Advancement and Recruiting Committee.
