Vaselaney to Present at AICPA Advanced Estate Planning Conference
Taft partner Missia H. Vaselaney will be a presenter at the AICPA Advanced Estate Planning Conference, which will take place July 20-22 at the Swissôtel in Chicago, Ill. She will present five topics over the three-day conference:

- Non-Tax Aspects of Trust Planning Q&A
- Tax Driven Clauses
Vaselaney has been an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law for 12 years. She focuses her practice on estate planning for business owners and individuals. She works with clients to both plan and administer estates that range from the very modest to the large and sophisticated. She also represents clients in probate litigation matters and before federal and state taxing authorities.
