Tim Reilly will receive a Lifetime Achievements Award at the Thirty-first Annual Labor-Management Conference on May 15 at Northern Kentucky University. He will also give a 2013 Legal Update presentation at the conference.

Reilly is a partner in Taft’s Labor & Employment group. He represents employers in all forms of employment litigation, including employment discrimination claims, disability claims under the ADA and state law, FMLA claims, non-compete and related claims, collective bargaining contract claims, picket line and strike injunction cases, and other employment-related litigation. In addition, he has handled matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (wage and hour), he has defended OSHA citation cases, and he has advised clients on the development and review of employment policies and procedures.
