Meisner chairs Taft’s PayTech and Payment Systems practice group. She counsels a wide range of companies in the payments and financial services industries, including acquiring banks, payment processors, independent sales organizations (ISOs), payment facilitators, marketplaces, mobile payment providers, FinTech companies, ACH providers, money transmitters, prepaid access providers, and digital currency companies.

Ruff is a partner in Taft’s Financial Services, FinTech, and PayTech groups. He advises financial institutions, fintech companies, global marketplaces, and digital asset platforms on regulatory, transactional, and strategic matters spanning a wide range of consumer and commercial financial services. Ungar is an attorney in Taft’s Paytech and Payment Systems practice group, working closely with Privacy and Data Security and Intellectual Property practice groups.
