Thomson Reuters Releases 2026 Florida Real Estate Law by Manuel Farach
Taft partner Manny Farach has authored the 2026 edition of “Florida Real Estate Law,” published by Thomson Reuters in June 2026.
Now in its 16th year, the book delivers a clear, practical guide to real estate law – from launching a transaction to navigating litigation and remedies. It pairs historical context with today’s pressing issues, covering mortgage foreclosure, the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, deeds, water and mineral rights, title insurance, financing, transfers of real property, zoning, and condominiums and cooperatives. It also delivers ready-to-use sample forms for Florida real estate transactions and litigation, including the FAR/BAR Contract for Sale and Purchase and title insurance forms. Farach is a partner in Taft’s West Palm Beach office with more than four decades of experience representing businesses, financial institutions, developers, and individuals in high-stakes litigation and complex real estate matters. His work spans trial litigation, major real estate acquisitions, development projects, leasing, and financing.
Farach is also a recognized thought leader in real estate law. Beyond authoring “Florida Real Estate Law,” he publishes a widely read case law update and contributes regularly to the Florida Bar Journal and other leading publications. As an adjunct professor at Florida State University College of Law, he teaches and mentors the next generation of real estate and business law professionals.
