Thomson Reuters Publishes Colorado Real Estate Leasing Q&A Guide Authored by B. Joseph Krabacher and James Fukazawa

Joseph Krabacher and James Fukazawa wrote a Thomson Reuters Q&A guide, sharing their insights on commercial real estate leasing law in Colorado. Krabacher, a regular contributor to Thomson Reuters real estate publications, authored the 2023 edition of the leasing guide.
The “Real Estate Leasing: Colorado” guide addresses state laws and customs that impact commercial leasing, including execution and enforceability of leases, disclosures, transfer taxes, rents and security deposits, permitted assignments, financings, remedies, and automatic terminations in foreclosure actions.
