Thompson to Speak at CMBA New Lawyer Bootcamp

Taft partner Adrian D. Thompson will speak at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association New Lawyer Bootcamp, to be held Dec. 9-11 at the CMBA’s headquarters at 1375 East Ninth Street, Cleveland, Ohio. Thompson’s presentation, “From the Bottom of the Heap to the Top of the Hill,” will cover insights to help new attorneys develop the mindset, skills and mentor relationships to drive their individual success while also enhancing the success of their firm.

The New Lawyer Bootcamp is a hands-on, practical program designed to help new lawyers find their path in the practice of law. Presenters include judges and prominent local attorneys. New lawyers may receive a tour of the Court of Common Pleas in the Justice Center during an optional session on Dec. 11. The program offers 12.0 CLE hours. Thompson provides counsel for private sector clients on issues including equal employment opportunity litigation, wage-hour problems, employment of the disabled, federal housing and other labor matters.
