Taft Columbus partner David Thomas was interviewed by WBNS-TV on May 25. Thomas provided his expert advice in knowing your rights when engaging with law enforcement.

Thomas is a partner in Taft’s Corporate Compliance and White Collar Criminal Defense practice group. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has tried cases before juries in state and federal courts in matters ranging from aggravated murder to corporate fraud and federal conspiracy. Thomas has also argued in state and federal appeals courts and the Supreme Court of Ohio.
