Thomas and Wallrabenstein Author Article for CBA Today
Taft attorneys David H. Thomas and Kathryn Wallrabenstein contributed the article "Excessive force and criminal justice system become hot topics on the streets of Columbus," which was published in the Oct. 28 issue of CBA Today, a section in Columbus Business First.
Thomas is a partner in Taft’s Litigation group and Corporate Compliance & White Collar Criminal Defense practice. He counsels and represents companies, public officials, health care providers and other professionals who are the subject of state and federal investigations and prosecutions. He also assists clients in responding to subpoenas from government regulators.
Wallrabenstein is an associate in Taft’s Corporate Compliance & White Collar Criminal Defense practice. She represents individuals and entities who are being prosecuted in state and federal courts, as well as individuals and entities who are involved with government and regulatory investigations.
