Taft partner Mick Terrell will present at the North American Retail Hardware Association’s (NRHA) virtual town hall focusing on employment law amid COVID-19 on May 21. He will discuss various employment law issues and concerns that independent home improvement retailers are facing during the pandemic.

Terrell concentrates his practice in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on prevention and defense of employment litigation. He also routinely counsels clients on day-to-day personnel issues and frequently provides clients with in-house training on an array of employment matters.
