Taft attorneys Mick Terrell and Melissa Macchia co-authored the article “Don’t let #MeToo become #YouToo in the workplace,” which was published in The Indiana Lawyer on March 21. The article discusses the #MeToo movement and the need for employers to remain informed and take precautionary measures to prevent acts of sexual harassment and related discriminatory acts from occurring.

Terrell concentrates his practice in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on prevention and defense of employment litigation. He also routinely counsels clients on day-to-day personnel issues and frequently provides clients with in-house training on an array of employment matters.

Macchia focuses her practice in all areas of labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on prevention and defense of employment litigation. Melissa has experience advising and interviewing clients during the internal investigation process and also has significant experience managing large scale electronic discovery matters.
