Taft Stettinius & Hollister is pleased to announce that Ioana Guset has joined the firm’s Chicago office in the Litigation practice.

Prior to joining Taft, Guset was a law clerk for Justice John B. Simon in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District. She also served as a staff attorney in the Office of the Chief Judge, Circuit Court of Cook County, Criminal Law Division and as a judicial extern for The Honorable Margaret M. Brennan, Circuit Court of Cook County, and The Honorable Charles R. Norgle, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Guset received her J.D., magna cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where she was a member of The John Marshall Law Review. She also participated in moot court and received CALI Awards for Contracts I, Property, Constitutional Law I, Civil Procedure and Professional Responsibility.
